Can I change the delivery address?
You can change the delivery address as long as your order has not shipped. Contact us by email or at 828-808-9727 to request the address change.

When will my order arrive?
All in stock orders will be sent the day after the order is placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Custom made orders can very depending on our backlog, an estimated completion date is set at the time the order is placed and is updated during the schedule.  more

Can I have different billing and shipping addresses?
Yes, you may specify different billing and shipping addresses during the checkout process.

Can you ship international?
Yes. We can ship to any international country with USPS International.

Can you ship to APO addresses?
Yes. We can ship to any military address with USPS.

I would like to return a product I ordered?
No problem, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund minus shipping charges. I would like to exchange a product I ordered?
No problem, if you received your order but you'd prefer to have it in another size or wood species, we're happy to exchange it for you. Can I return a custom ordered product?
No. Custom Orders that have customized engraving, lettering and custom sized products such as spice racks, recipe boxes and bread boxes are non-refundable because we cannot resell them.

Missing or incorrect orders?
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or you are missing a product we will send you the correct product ASAP and will pay the return shipping costs. Please notify us immediately by email or at 828-808-9727 EST.

My order was damaged during delivery?
If the product is damaged you must notify the shipping carrier immediately upon receipt and then contact us so we can process a damage claim with the shipping carrier and so we can send you out a replacement product. Please contact us by email or at 828-808-9727 EST.
